Property Terms and Conditions
By registering as a bidder in the
auction, bidders agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Bidders are required to register in
order to bid at the auction. There is no fee to register.
- No one under 16 is admitted to the
auction site.
- A
refundable $50 deposit is required for each unit purchased. To be
refunded upon manager's inspection of the unit.
- All
items must be removed from the unit and the unit must be swept clean.
- Sales tax will be collected unless
you provide a resale number.
- Payment: All purchases must be paid
for immediately after the auction.
- Accepted forms of payment: Cash
only!
- Bidders may view items
from the opening of the doorway only. You may not touch any of the
items nor step inside the door. What you see from the door is what you
will be bidding on.
- Although auction information has
been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer and sellers
make no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied as to the
genuineness, authenticity, or condition of any item in the auction or
the accuracy of information contained herein or announced by the
auctioneer. Bidders should rely solely on their own
inspection and bid accordingly.
- Everything is sold AS IS-WHERE IS
and without recourse. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. Any
statement made by the auctioneer or seller regarding the items should
be used as a guide only. Any error in description does not
relieve the buyer of their responsibilities.
- Removal: Purchases must be removed
on auction day unless other arrangements are made with the
management. Please have your paid receipt on you when
removing your purchases. Buyers assume all responsibility for
removal, transportation and handling of their purchases.
Merchandise which is not removed within the specified removal periods
shall be deemed abandoned. Buyers accept full responsibility
for all costs incurred for removal.
- In the event of a tie bid,
auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding between the bidders
in question. Auctioneer also reserves the right to choose the
increment of the bidding and reject any bids if he feels it is in the
best interest of the seller.
- Auctioneer reserves the
right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed and/or add
additional items to the sale.
- Persons attending during
exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss
to person and property releasing auctioneer and seller of any and all
liability.
- Once an item is sold, the buyer
assumes all responsibility for it and the auctioneer will not be held
responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Personal items are to be
left with the facility manager. Personal items include, but are not
limited to: photographs, photograph albums, birth certificates, death
certificates, diplomas, tax records, anything with a Social Security
Number, and other items of that general nature.
- Bidders may NOT use the
on site dumpster.
- The
auctioneer is licensed by the State of Texas and if there are any
unresolved complaints against this auction company/auctioneer,
complaints may be directed to: Texas Department of Licensing and
Regulations, P.O. Box 12157, Austin, TX 78711.
- Announcements made on auction day
take precedence over previously distributed information.
